I have purchased two of these electronic ballasts for two sign restorations and I am impressed with the instant on, silent operation. Very good value and easy to replace complicated dual transformer and starter systems. Keeps the wiring clean and safe. Excellent for those who wish to keep existing reliable fluorescent lighting instead of changing over to unreliable, cheaply made imported LED components.
