When you place an order, create an account, request a quote or RMA, sign up for email, chat with us, or contact customer service, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses, plus anything you choose to tell us in a message or chat.
Payment information. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Braintree, a PayPal service. Your full card number goes directly to the payment processor. We do not store it on our servers.
Order and account information. Products you buy, order history, quotes, returns, tax-exemption certificates you upload, and your account preferences.
Sign-in through Google or Amazon. If you choose to sign in with one of these accounts, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
Information collected automatically. When you browse, we and our partners collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, products viewed and added to your cart, search terms, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this with cookies, pixels and web beacons (see Section 5).
Our website is intended for business and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
