That work has covered hotels across four Marriott and Hilton brands, showrooms, offices and historic facades - exterior through egress, new construction and PIP renovation.
Our range covers outdoor lighting - wall packs, flood lights, area and parking lot lighting, bollards and canopy - alongside commercial indoor, high bay, troffers and flat panels, and a full emergency and exit range. We carry RAB, Westgate, Keystone, Philips Advance, Satco, Sylvania, Cooper Metalux, Halo and LSI, plus exterior product we import directly because it is not available through US distribution.
We are the largest Philips distributor in the Midwest, with deep emergency driver and ballast inventory across Bodine, IOTA and Keystone, and we still stock the legacy lamps and ballasts most suppliers dropped: CFL plug-ins, metal halide, T12 and HPS. A discontinued ballast rarely swaps one for one. The replacement often changes ballast factor or start method, and that shows up as light level and lamp life, not as a fitting problem.
Commercial accounts order against net terms, which suits maintenance and property management teams repeating an order across a portfolio of buildings, and national accounts get the logistics to match - lighting delivered to sites across the country and around the world. And someone on the phone knows what a T12 ballast is.
