Returns & Replacements
All orders can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to insure that a product return is processed correctly. To obtain a RMA #, please email us at support@bulbsdepot.com or call our customer service number and identify the order # and items you would like to return. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the return packaging otherwise the return may not be processed correctly. Returned products must be in their original condition including original packaging, labels, leads, containers and tags. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. The customer must provide proof of shipment such as a tracking number of the returned products.  BulbsDepot will provide a full refund for returned items, less our actual shipping costs, meaning our actual cost of shipping the original order to you, and less any restocking charges that may apply for certain products. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied for linear lamps that were shipped with flat rate shipping or free shipping. Once the return product has been returned and inspected, a credit will be issued to the method of payment you used to pay for the order. Credits are typically processed within 3-5 business day upon receipt of the return.
Warranty
BulbsDepot is a distributor and does not warranty the safety or the effectiveness of any of the products mentioned on this website. Any warranty or guarantee of safety, merchantability or fitness for any particular use lies solely with the manufacturer.  Any products damaged in shipping will be covered by BulbsDepot.  For international orders, a replacement cannot be provided due to shipping costs but any damaged product will be refunded to the customer.
