    Great product (although overpriced imho for a print board and few cheap components) that works great and with minimal noticeable delay. My only complaint/issue is that Lutron still hasn't publicly released their API to control lights using the hub for custom home automation solutions (you have to 'hack' a solution using telnet), but that has got nothing to do with
