Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all forms of payment including major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.  We will also accept checks/money orders however your order will not be processed until those forms of payment have cleared. For major institutions, we will consider purchase orders upon completion of a credit application. All pricing on the site is expected to be accurate. However, pricing in the electronics industry is volatile and subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund if we cannot meet the pricing quoted on this website.
Security Policy
BulbsDepot utilizes extremely sophisticated technology to protect your transaction and prevent any theft of confidential information.  That includes SSL encryption, malware scanning and anti-phishing software.  We are a McAfee Trusted Site which monitors our site daily and provides real-time feedback on any issues that may occur.  You can see the results of those scan here.  https://www.mcafeesecure.com/verify?host=bulbsdepot.com   BulbsDepot does not store any credit card information on our servers.  We request that you create an account so that we can provide you with order tracking and order history information. 
Cancelling an Order
Once your payment has been processed, your order can be cancelled without penalty up until your product is shipped. It is highly recommended to call one of our customer service representatives to verify that you order has not shipped and that it can be cancelled.
Viewing Orders
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email to the email you supplied. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your associated tracking number. If you created an account with us, you will be able to access all past order information including order history, tracking information and any associated comments related to your order. If you purchased your order using PayPal without creating a user account, you will still receive the order confirmation email and order shipment confirmation email to the email address you supplied. However, if you did not create a user account, order history will not be available.
Shipping & Delivery
We carry a large inventory which enables us to provide extraordinary customer service. All orders are expected to ship same day or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. On rare occasions we may have a product on backorder from the manufacturer and cannot ship the same day or next business day. When that occurs you will be immediately notified of any delay and the expected ship date. If that ship date is unacceptable to you, we will offer a full refund of your order without any penalty. Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping is only available within the 48 continental states.  Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping will be honored in Alaska and Hawaii if the complete order will fit into a USPS Large Flat Rate box or less.
International Shipments
We process international shipments every day. There is additional risk buying and selling products in other countries which we try to minimize to protect our customers and ourselves. Credit card companies and Paypal may not provide "Seller Protection" for a number of reasons but the most likely case is shipping to an unconfirmed address. If this occurs, we may ask you for additional information to confirm your order and address. Shipping rates calculated at checkout are for shipment costs only and do not include Taxes and Duty that may be required. These taxes and duty are the responsibility of the Buyer. If you refuse to pay the taxes and duty for the products, you can refuse the package and you will be refunded the amount of the order less actual shipping charges as a result of the refusal. The most cost effective method for international shipping is to use your own shipper/carrier/broker. You can use the coupon code "INTL-FOB" and you will not be charge shipping at checkout. You can then just forward your shipping label to support@bulbsdepot.com and reference your order number.
Returns & Replacements
All orders can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to insure that a product return is processed correctly. To obtain a RMA #, please email us at support@bulbsdepot.com or call our customer service number and identify the order # and items you would like to return. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the return packaging otherwise the return may not be processed correctly. Returned products must be in their original condition including original packaging, labels, leads, containers and tags. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. The customer must provide proof of shipment such as a tracking number of the returned products.  BulbsDepot will provide a full refund for returned items, less our actual shipping costs, meaning our actual cost of shipping the original order to you, and less a minimum of 15% restocking charges. Some manufacturers including RAB Lighting require a 25% restocking fee. Special orders are non-refundable. . Once the return product has been returned and inspected, a credit will be issued to the method of payment you used to pay for the order. Credits are typically processed within 5-15 business days upon receipt of the return.
Warranty
BulbsDepot is a distributor and does not warranty the safety or the effectiveness of any of the products mentioned on this website. Any warranty or guarantee of safety, merchantability or fitness for any particular use lies solely with the manufacturer.  Any products damaged in shipping will be covered by BulbsDepot.  For international orders, a replacement cannot be provided due to shipping costs but any damaged product will be refunded to the customer.

Once you have created an account, you can login and change any of your personal information by accessing the "MyAccount" link at the top of every page.
